This is where I sent mine, and got a receipt.
Address for mail in payments: Include with payment your user name, email address.

Works for paypal too, but I didn't have a button. Had to tell them what to do with payment and they did it. Don't know for sure if Steve has set up a paypal button for automatic use yet.
