Zbox Account & Payment Help Please

Hi,
I sent an email to support@arborhosting.com on 12/29/09 and again on 12/31/09 and received no response. I then contacted MsRox, who forwarded my email to Steve at support@arborhosting.com. I still never heard anything back from Arbor. I have re-sent the email again, please will someone from Arbor respond this time. Thanks,

I don't know, for some reason it is next to impossible to get reply's from management in Arbor. But this is all the information that I have personally used.

Address for mail in payments: Include with payment your user name, email address, and that it is for your Zbox account, so he will be able to credit your account accordingly.

I'm guessing that the same information will work for the other accounts, Pdhomes & domania.

Thanks, Velman, but what if you don't know how much to pay? I'd imagine that whatever rate we were paying Zbox is the rate we'll continue to pay Arbor, but with no public announcement from Arbor - and no response to emails - who knows for sure?

This may be of help. The end of January I paid for my Domania d21c.com account using PayPal and it went through just fine.

Somewhere in looking around this board and the old Zbox board I read where the prices would remain the same so if I were you I would assume the price is the same as it was for you last time.

So you have me paying using PayPal for d21c.com (Domania) and the other poster using a check mailing it to the address in DE. That address is on Domania also. Both of us were successful.

I hope this is of some help.

Note: I filled an INFO form on Domania saying I had paid using PayPal _just_ for my own use as in years gone past. and I was surprised to get an email back from Steve saying thank you.
